An awareness workshop regarding electricity saving and renewable energy was organized for various electricity consumers at Hotel Cambin in Durg district under the joint aegis of Citizen Consumer and Civic Action Group (CAG) and Anmol Foundation.
In which 35 farmers, students, businessmen, media representatives, professors and domestic consumers of the district participated. Harbansh Singh Miri, Joint Collector Durg and Uttam Kumar Deputy Collector participated in the program as chief guests and appreciated the program and stressed on encouraging people to save electricity.

Addressing the program, CAG's Bharat Ram said that CAG is working with various partner NGOs in 5 states of the country in relation to electricity consumers.
