Electricity Consumer workshop in hotel Swarn at mahasamund

Capacity building workshop for electricity consumers (domestic, commercial, small and medium enterprises) was organized at Hotel Swarn in Mahasamund district of Chhattisgarh state under the joint aegis of Anmol Foundation Raipur and Civic Consumer and Civic Action Group Chennai (www.cag.org.in). 

Dr. Ekta Langer wife of District Magistrate Mahasamund district presided over the program as the chief guest. Addressing the program, she explained the utility of electricity and its importance in detail that electricity is an important part of our lives today. We cannot do any work without it. Electricity helps in every work from kitchen to office. People get scared just by imagining its absence. The whole world is concerned about electricity saving and new sources and is engaged in ensuring the system by promoting solar energy. She appealed to the participants that it is the responsibility of all of us to conserve electricity by installing

LED bulbs and using electricity only when needed. Also, she stressed on taking advantage of the government schemes and taking advantage of PM Surya Ghar Yojana. He praised the work of CAG and Anmol Foundation and assured help in every possible program. While addressing the program,

CAG Chennai researcher Manikandan Ji shared information about the electricity system and its structure in Chhattisgarh, domestic and commercial tariff plan, PM Suryaghar Yojana, agricultural solar pump and star rating through PPT and also answered the questions of the participants. Giving detailed information about the program, Anmol Foundation director Sanjay Sharma said that CAG is running this program in 6 states of India and has been working for the benefit of consumers in Chennai for the last several years. He informed that in Chhattisgarh, in collaboration with Anmol Foundation, it is working to

create awareness among consumers and develop their capacity through meetings, workshops and seminars in different districts. While addressing the program, detailed information was provided regarding the rights and facilities of electricity consumers and the functions and responsibilities of Consumer Forum and Electricity Regulatory Commission. The program was inaugurated by Dr Suresh Shukla, Director of Nidan Sansthan, by welcoming the guests and participants by presenting them with a bouquet of flowers and also introducing the guests. At the end of the program, the guests were honored by presenting them mementoes and expressed gratitude for the participation of the participants in making the program successful. Yours

विद्युत बचत कर आने वाली पीढ़ी को खुशियां देने वाले है

 छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के महासमुंद जिले में होटल स्वर्ण में अनमोल फाउंडेशन रायपुर व सिविक कंज्यूमर एंड सिविक एक्शन ग्रुप” चेन्नई (www.cag.org.in) के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में  विद्युत् उपभोक्ताओं ( घरेलु ,वाणिज्यिक,लघु और मध्यम उद्यम) की क्षमता वृद्धि कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया ।

कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि कर रूप में डॉक्टर एकता लंगेर ने कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता की । कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने विद्युत उपयोगिता व उसके महत्व को विस्तार से बताया कि आज हमारे जीवन मे विद्युत एक अहम हिस्सा है । इसके बिना हम कोई कार्य नहीं कर सकते । किचन से लेकर आफिस तक का हर एक काम मे बिजली का सहयोग होता है । इसकी न होने की कल्पना मात्र से ही लोग सहम जाते हैं । पूरा विश्व विद्युत बचत व नए स्रोतों के सम्बंध में चिंतित है और सौर ऊर्जा को बढ़ावा देकर व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने में लगा हुआ है ।

उन्होंने प्रतिभागियों से अपील की कि हम सबका दायित्व है कि हम बिजली का संरक्षण एलईडी बल्ब लगा व जरूरत पर ही विद्युत उपयोग करने का आवाहन किया साथ ही शासन की योजनाओं का लाभ लेकर पीएम सूर्य घर योजना का लाभ लेने पर बल दिया । उन्होंने सीएजी व अनमोल फाउंडेशन के कार्यों की काफी सराहना की व हर सम्भव कार्यक्रमों में मदद का आश्वासन दिया ।

मनिकनन्दन जी ने छत्तीसगढ़ में बिजली व्यवस्था व उसके ढांचा, घरेलू व व्यावसायिक टैरिफ प्लान , पी एम सूर्यघर योजना, कृषि सोलर पम्प तथा स्टार रेटिंग के बारे में विस्तार से पीपीटी के माध्यम से जानकारी साझा की और प्रतिभागियों के सवालों के जबाब भी दिए । 

अनमोल फाउंडेशन के निदेशक संजय शर्मा ने कार्यक्रम के बारे विस्तार से जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि सीएजी यह कार्यक्रम

भारत के 6 राज्यों में संचालित कर रही है तथा चेन्नई में विगत कई वर्षों से उपभोक्ताओं के हितार्थ कार्य कर रही है । छत्तीसगढ़ में अनमोल फाउंडेशन के साथ मिलकर अलग अलग जिलों में उपभोक्ताओं को जागरुक करने क्षमता विकास करने के लिए बैठक , कार्यशाला व सेमिनार के माध्यम से कार्य कर रही है इसकी जानकारी दिए। कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं के अधिकार व सुविधाओं के सम्बंध में विस्तार से जानकारी प्रदान की व कंज्यूमर फोरम व विद्युत नियामक आयोग के कार्यों व दायित्व के सम्बंध में बताया । 

कार्यक्रम को शुभारंभ निदान संस्थान के निदेशक डॉक्टर सुरेश शुक्ला ने अतिथियों व प्रतिभागियों का स्वागत फूलों के गुस्ता भेंटकर किया साथ ही अतिथियों का परिचय दिया । कार्यक्रम के अंत मे स्मृति चिन्ह भेंट कर अतिथियों का सम्मान भी किया गया तथा कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में प्रतिभागियों की सहभागिता के लिए आभार व्यक्त किया । 

                                                     

नवा बिहान अभियान के तहत बच्चों को नशे से दूर रहने का संदेश

पुलिस अधीक्षक  सरगुजा ने दिया बच्चों को नशामुक्ति का संदेश उन्होंने अपने उद्बोधन में बच्चों को स्वंय नशे से दूर रहने का आवाहन करते हुए देश के विकास में मजबूत भूमिका मके युवाओं की भूमिका का विस्तार से ज़िक्र किया और अपेक्षा व्यक्त की एव एक नया और नशामुक्त समाज के निर्माण में बेहतर भूमिका का निर्वहन करेंगे ।

सरगुजा जिले में पुलिस व एनजीओ की मदद से समाज को नशामुक्त बनाने के लिए नवा बिहान अभियान चलाया जा रहा है । नवा बिहान के तहत एनजीओ के प्रतिनिधि प्रतिदिन नवा बिहान नशामुक्ति परामर्श केंद्र में समय देकर नशे के शिकार हुए पीड़ित लोगों की काउंसलिंग कर उन्हें नशे छोड़ने के लिए प्रेरित किया जा रहा है । 

अपने अभियान की कड़ी में होलीक्रास स्कूल में बच्चों के बीच नशे से बचाव हेतु पुलिस अधीक्षक सरगुजा योगेश पटेल के अतिथि में जागरूकता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया ।

पुलिस अधीक्षक जी द्वारा होलीक्रास स्कूल  में छात्र - छात्राओं को नशा मुक्ति, यातायात के प्रावधानों के सम्बन्ध में विद्यार्थियों को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि यहीं किशोरावस्था की उम्र है जिसमें बच्चे नशे की ओर आकर्षित होते हैं जिसका भुगतान उन्हें सारी उम्र करना पड़ता है।नशा न केवल एक व्यक्ति का जीवन बर्बाद करता है बल्कि पूरे परिवार,समाज और राष्ट्र को भयंकर नुकसान पहुंचाता है। बच्चे अपने कैरियर के प्रति सजग रहें, तभी वो अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। वरिष्ठ समाजसेवी संयोजक नवा बिहान मंगल पाण्डेय ने अपने उद्बोधन में  नशा के विभिन्न प्रकारों एवं  युवाओं को कैसे प्रभावित करता है इस विषय पर विस्तार से बताया। प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्वविद्यालय सेवा केन्द्र संचालिका सुश्री विद्या दीदी ने कहा कि नशा  तो जीवन में जरुरी है ,किन्तु नशा  वो हो जो खुद  के  शरीर व जीवन को नुकसान न पहुंचाये,आशय ये है कि आप के अन्दर अपने  लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने का नशा हो, देशभक्ति का नशा हो तथा समाज सेवा का नशा हो।   वरिष्ठ समाजसेविका वन्दना दत्ता दीदी ने कहा कि नशे  से ज्यादा प्रभावित महिला व बच्चे होते हैं।नशे की लत से न जाने कितने परिवार बर्बाद हो चुके हैं। वरिष्ठ समाजसेवी अजय तिवारी जी स्टेट कौंसिल मेम्बर आर्ट ऑफ लिविंग छत्तीसगढ़ ने कहा कि योग एवं अध्यात्म के माध्यम से ही अपने संकल्प शक्ति को मजबूत किया जा सकता है।  साहित्यकार,कवि ,वरिष्ठ समाजसेवी संतोष दास "सरल " जी ने अपने कविता * बीड़ी, सिगरेट, गुटखा, गांजा और शराब नशा हर करथे सबकर ज़िन्दगी ला खराब* के माध्यम से युवाओं को नशा से दूर रहने के लिए संदेश दिया। यातायात उप निरीक्षक अभय तिवारी जी ने यातायात के नियमों की जानकारी दी। साथ ही विद्यार्थियों को यातायात के नियमों का पालन करने के लिए आवश्यक सुझाव एवं  दिशा -निर्देश दिए। कार्यक्रम में सरगुजा जिले के स्वैच्छिक संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधि शामिल रहे ।   कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में होली क्रास कॉन्वेंट सीनियर सेकेंडरी   स्कूल  इंग्लिश मीडियम अम्बिकापुर के शिक्षक एवं शिक्षिकाओं ने महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया।

पहाड़ी कोरवा ग्राम गाजरभावना में मंच की बैठक

अम्बिकापुर विकास खण्ड के ग्राम पंचायत पम्पापुर के पहाड़ी कोरवा बाहुल ग्राम ग्राम गाजरभावना में *ग्राम अधिकार मंच* के सदस्यों की बैठक की गई ।

बैठक में मंच के पदाधिकारी बुधराम व समन्वयक राकेश राय ने संबोधित कर ग्राम अधिकार मंच को सशक्त बनाने हेतु सदस्यता अभियान पर बल दिया । इसके साथ ही ग्राम में पहाड़ी कोरवाओं के बीच व्याप्त समस्याओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा की और उसके निराकरण में ग्राम

अधिकार मंच किस तरह भूमिका निभा सकता है इसके लिए भी बात चीत की गई । सभी ने मिलकर तय किया कि ग्राम अधिकार मंच को मजबूती प्रदान करने अपना योगदान देंगे। 

गांधी जयंती के अवसर पर बच्चों के साथ कई कार्यक्रम

ग्राम अधिकार मंच सरगुजा व राजमेरु संस्था रायपुर के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में अम्बिकापुर विजास खण्ड के ग्राम पंचायत नवापारा कला के

ग्राम सुमेला बहरा में बच्चों की बाल सभा का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें गांधी के जीवन परिचय के बारे में बच्चों को बताया गया । साथ ही जीवन मे अहिंसा को अपनाने व स्वावलंबी बनने के लिए स्वंय के प्रयास करने पर बल दिया गया । 

बच्चों के साथ खेलकूद का आयोजन भी किया गया उन्हके प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए उन्हें पुरुस्कार का वितरण भी किया गया । इस कार्यक्रम के सफल आयोजन में राकेश राय समन्वयक ग्राम अधिकार मंच व देव कुमार की मुख्य भूमिका रही ।

*Awareness workshop on electricity consumers in Durg*

An awareness workshop regarding electricity saving and renewable energy was organized for various electricity consumers at Hotel Cambin in Durg district under the joint aegis of Citizen Consumer and Civic Action Group (CAG) and Anmol Foundation.

In which 35 farmers, students, businessmen, media representatives, professors and domestic consumers of the district participated. Harbansh Singh Miri, Joint Collector Durg and Uttam Kumar Deputy Collector participated in the program as chief guests and appreciated the program and stressed on encouraging people to save electricity.

While inaugurating the program, Sanjay Sharma, Director of Anmol Foundation, while giving information about the objective of the program, said that this program is needed because how can we save our mineral resources,

To know from experts about how we can save electricity, to provide information from department officials about government plans regarding renewable energy.

Addressing the program, CAG's Bharat Ram said that CAG is working with various partner NGOs in 5 states of the country in relation to electricity consumers. In Tamil Nadu, consumers are working towards solving electricity related problems by making cells in 7 districts.Working with Anmol Foundation in Chhattisgarh.

Addressing the program, Creda district in-charge assistant engineer Ravindra Dewangan gave detailed information about solar energy, cow dung gas, Surya Ghar Yojana, solar off-grid and on-grid power plants, solar tank, solar pump, Kusum scheme. .

Solar installation expert Dinesh explained in detail about the processes of solar installation and its benefits and also answered the questions of the participants.

Addressing the program, Assistant Engineer of Electricity Department, Lakhera ji gave detailed information about the efforts being made by the Electricity Department regarding clean energy and told about the efforts being made for PM Surya Ghar Scheme.

Addressing the program, former GM of Bhilai Steel Plant, M Venkat Subramaniam gave detailed information about how efforts are being made to reduce electricity consumption in industries.Talking about the importance of climate change and environment, he said that electricity consumption is high in big industries, where it seemed impossible to make alternative arrangements for electricity, but now big industries are also making efforts in this direction to make the impossible possible.

Addressing the program, Dr. Danesh Joshi, Head of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Shri Shankaracharya Professional University, Bhilai, said that media can play a big role in creating widespread awareness regarding electrical energy and renewable energy.Throwing light on the use of social media and sharing information about how we can spread messages through it, emphasis was laid on the use of Instagram. For this, media should be sensitized and motivated to cover this issue. He also assured all possible support for this programme.

Addressing the program, Mohan Varlyani, President of Nature Society, stressed on using 5 star rated appliances for electricity saving. He told that a lot of electricity can be saved through this.

In the end, Gayatri ji thanked the guests and participants of the program and expressed gratitude that the program was successful with the cooperation of all of you.

Release of prepared poster of electricity consumers

A poster displaying the rules and regulations made for the rights of electricity consumers was released by the government officials. The said poster was published by CAG Chennai. 
Its distribution will reach maximum consumers in Chhattisgarh.
